USA Fencing Membership
All fencing participants must maintain current USA Fencing registration.
Safety Requirements
Members must wear complete protective equipment per USA Fencing standards during bouts. This includes mandatory masks and proper handling of blades — always point-down.
Uniform Policy
The academy t-shirt is mandatory. New fencers receive one complimentary shirt; replacements cost $15. Members arriving without proper uniform will be issued one and charged accordingly.
Membership Modifications
You must inform the management team in writing if you wish to pause, modify, or terminate your monthly payments before the billing cycle. Yearly memberships purchased after January 1st are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Official Communication
Only written contact to ultimatefencingacademy@gmail.com is recognized for official matters. Verbal or text communications with staff do not carry official status.
Cancellation & Class Policy
Private lessons require 24-hour cancellation notice with no exceptions. Missed classes must be rescheduled within the same month or are forfeited.
Refund Policy
Both yearly and monthly memberships are final sales and non-refundable.
Billing Terms
Payments after the 5th of the month incur a $50 late fee. Sessions are canceled without payment within 24 hours of class. Credit card transactions carry a 3% processing fee beyond standard charges.
Billing Audits
Audit inquiries have a 45-day window and must be submitted via email.
Minor Pickup Policy
Any minor fencer remaining on premises for more than 15 minutes after their session ends incurs a $25 late pickup fee.
Tournament Coaching Fees
Local events (under 40 miles): $75. Distance events: $75 plus travel and lodging. National events: $100 plus expenses. All tournament coaching requires a written request and payment 7 days in advance.
